As a Clevelander, we all have the same question "What are we going to do with all of the vacant parcels in our city?"
In the City of Cleveland alone there were over 100,000 residential and commercial vacant parcels with an overall total of 171,163 parcels within the city limits (according to landgrid.com) this means only 41.5% of parcels are occupied. However, this does not take into consideration residencies or industrial sites that are in foreclosure and may end up in the land bank.
Again, "What are we going to do with all of the vacant parcels in our city?" Some could be beneficial for redevelopment and others should be considered for ecological expansion to create healthier communities for residents.
That's where we come in; We think, design, plan, and create new concepts for vacant parcels ultimately building off current community assets and resources to better the lives of residents and to increase environmental integrity within Northeast, Ohio.
Some of our projects include urban farming, tree cultivations, vacant lot transformations, and community engagement activities. We utilize in-house programs to plan and design space then we put our plans to work.
